Our properties are a working ranch and hunting preserve with many hazards and dangerous conditions including but not limited to: Heavy equipment, dangerous animals, rusty nails and wire, discharging firearms, toxic chemicals, poisonous snakes, stinging insects, dangerous plants, abandoned wells, jagged rocks, birds of prey, high cliffs, uneven ground, fast water, and deep water.
